Our personal training isn't guesswork - it's built on biofeedback. Every client starts with an initial Biofeedback Assessment so we can measure how you move, produce force, and visualize how your body responds to training. From there, we build 4-12 week in-person training packages, or online personal training programs tailored to your goals.

Start with an Initial Biofeedback Assessment
Whether you want to train online, or in person, your initial assessment is a vital part of our process. The assessment includes running, range of motion, and performance screenings all performed with state-of-the-art research grade equipment. These include Motion Sensors, EMGs, High Speed Cameras, and Pressure Sensing insoles from Noraxon. With this data, we create a solid foundation for your plan to build off of.
Coaching Built Around Your Goals
Using the data collected in the initial assessment, we design a customized 4-12 week training plan with the option for in-person or online coaching. We train athletes chasing high-level performance, runners seeking elite level endurance, and anyone who wants to feel stronger and move better. We believe that combining strength, power, plyometrics, and intentional cardiovascular training creates the most optimal outcomes. Our sessions include data with every visit - ranging from EMG-guided training to power re-testing, so you can see your progress in real numbers.
